Four levels and a wide non-slip loop make it the easiest set to grow with.
Four levels might look like more than you need, but the gap between a warm-up band and the one you use for heavy hip work is where most three-band sets feel short. Vergali fills it with a light 14-25 lb loop, a medium 25-35 lb loop, a strong 25-45 lb loop, and a 45-60 lb Heroic band. We think that range makes it the easiest set here to grow with, because you get a gentler starting point and a genuinely heavy top end without buying two sets.
The 3.15-inch band has a cotton-latex blend with a grippy interior, and that width is the reason it stayed flat during our squats and lateral walks. We also appreciated that it didn't pinch bare skin, which is the usual complaint with narrower latex loops. The four colors are easy to sort in a gym bag, and the included training guide gives you a place to start if you don't already have a program.
The carry bag is basic but useful, and the set feels complete in a way the cheaper kits don't. It's the set we keep coming back to when we don't know someone's strength level.
Bottom Line
We recommend the Vergali set for most home lifters because four levels span warm-up to heavy glute work, and the wide non-slip loop stays put.
